XeApp is a ride-hailing technology platform handling 10,000 rides/day with zero downtime. The system was deployed in 5 weeks.
Challenges: The Geo-routing and real-time Matching system hit scaling limits as driver count surged. High Concurrency architecture was needed to handle peak hour transaction volumes without any downtime.
Solution: Flexible Microservices architecture with RabbitMQ and Redis caching, achieving driver routing under 500ms. Matching algorithm uses Geo-spatial Indexing to optimize pickup distances. Cloud-native infrastructure ensures Auto-scaling and SLA 99.99% availability.
